Our Response to COVID-19

To our clients and friends;

It goes without saying that the last couple of weeks have led to an unprecedented time for our business and countless others across the globe. As you know, the impacts of COVID-19 are changing on an almost hourly basis, and we’re working diligently to monitor and implement best-practices to keep our employees and clients healthy.

We are closely monitoring any potential disruptions in our supply chain and to the timelines of our projects. We are fully committed to delivering our products to our clients – we recognize the critical part that we have to play in the service operations of many of our clients, and do not take that responsibility lightly.

We are acting following guidelines set by our local health authorities and the Provincial and Federal Government. This means that we are avoiding travel, and instituting 14-day isolation periods for team members who have recently returned from out-of-country or for any employee who shows symptoms of any kind. Individuals who have pre-existing health concerns are being encouraged to stay home if they are inclined to do so. We are working with a reduced workforce in our shop, and any team member who can work remotely is doing so.

We’ll continue to monitor recommendations from health authorities and government vigilantly and will make adjustments as necessary. We’ll communicate further should conditions change significantly, but for now, we remain committed to delivering our products with as minimal disruption as possible.

We’re greatly comforted by the level of support and camaraderie we feel from our dedicated team and customers. We thank you for your continued support and trust and look forward to seeing this through together.
