And just like that, another year is over! Traditionally, we use December to reflect on the past year and plan for the coming one. This December, we kicked off the month with an invigorating Strategic Planning session, gathering in-person for the first time in many months with our Leadership Team. As we gathered, we discussed some of the challenges and the many opportunities we have seen throughout 2021.
2021 was another year filled with unexpected curveballs due to COVID-19. That said, it was a year of great opportunity and optimism, too. We began travelling again and gathered together in Texas with all of our Sales leads for the first time in two years. We designed our biggest gangway yet – a rail top access platform – and began working in 24 new locations. We acquired Proveco, an Alberta-based Proving Company to expand our service offerings further. Most importantly, we maintained 0.0 TRIF and have over 570 days since our last incident.
As the year comes to a close, we are, as always, struck by how fortunate we are. We know that many folks struggle during the holidays, so we have chosen to donate to Santa’s Anonymous this season.
As we look forward to 2022, we are excited to continue growing and improving as we deliver our services and products to clients across North America. We look forward to connecting and working with you in the coming year, and we want to express our sincere thanks for your continued support.
