Service Manager
Sheldon is Sky Eye’s Service Manager, and one of our early employees. All Field Service personnel report to Sheldon while they’re on field service calls. Sheldon schedules our field technicians, offers troubleshooting guidance and technical support to field technicians, manages warranty and service work, respond to calls from operators and clients for field support, and handles ongoing maintenance tasks and schedules. Additionally, Sheldon manages all paperwork, certification and safety for the Field Services team.
