Product Manager
Ryan is a long-term Sky Eye team member and has been with us since 2018. Ryan started off in the shop as an Apprentice Electrician and quickly rose through the ranks to Project Manager. Today, Ryan oversees Products at Sky Eye as our Product Manager.
As Product Manager, Ryan spends his days managing our client experience. When a client purchases a product from Sky Eye, Ryan ensures they know exactly what they’re getting with their purchase and oversees scheduling, construction kick-offs and scheduling. Additionally, Ryan oversees the development of product improvements by sourcing feedback from our end users and service technicians. Ryan uses that intel to design new products alongside his team of two designers and a product coordinator.
