Director, Project Development
Al is Sky Eye’s Director, Project Development, and is a long-time Sky Eye employee. Al is responsible for managing all of Sky Eye’s projects, and project managers at a high level. Al is responsible for quoting projects, and interactions with clients on new project applications, design and startups. Al oversees package designs at a high level alongside Sky Eye’s designers, and makes sure that our designs meet customer requirements and specifications. Once projects are underway, Al manages the project schedule and budget, and oversees the work of each team that contributes to the fabrication of the actual units, including engineering, drafting, project management, and QA/QC.
